CRM+ Pre Assessment

The Pre Assessment in CRM+ can be used to screen potential clients before syncing them from CRM+ to the EMR.

 

Quick facts about the CRM+ Pre Assessment:

  • Pre Assessments can be completed from the Intake Opportunity page or from the Pre Assessment tab under Admissions.




  • The Pre Assessment is divided into sections and can be configured to meet your specific needs through CRM Settings > Module Layouts & Fields.



  • When an intake opportunity is synced to the EMR, the Pre Assessment will be available as a PDF in the new prospective client's document manager in the EMR.

 

You can set up a workflow to automatically email all completed Pre-Assessments to specific staff for review.
