CRM+ Instant Verification of Benefits

Learn how to run an instant verification of benefits right from CRM+ as part of your screening process. 

 

CRM+ is an add-on tool used to track leads, run instant VOB's, run reports on referral sources, and much more. If you are interested in adding CRM+, please reach out to your assigned CSM.



To run an Instant VOB:

1. Within CRM+, navigate to iVerify > Instant VOB.

2. Click "Add VOB" and search for the intake opportunity/client name.

3. Select either "Full VOB" or "Instant VOB."

4. Enter all required information including client's insurance policy information. 

5. Select "Save and iVerify" if you are running an Instant VOB, or "Save" for a Full VOB.



You will receive either a VOB success or failure message from iVerify depending on if the insurance was verified or not.
