CRM+ Convert Lead to an Account and Opportunity

Once a lead is ready to move through the admission process, convert them to an account and opportunity in order to complete a pre-assessment, verify their insurance, and sync them to the EMR.

 

To convert a lead into an account and opportunity:

1. Go to the leads tab and select the prospective client you'd like to convert.

2. Click the two arrows button on the right side above "Activities."



3. Fill out all required fields for the Account and Opportunity, and create an instant VOB if desired.

4. Click "Save."

 

What's the difference between an account and an opportunity?

 

Account - The client profile. Accounts include prospective clients, actively enrolled clients, and discharged clients.

 

Opportunity - Specific opportunity or occasion for prospect to admit. There can be several opportunities associated with one account (client.) This allows you to track all the occasions that a client may come into treatment while maintaining a single profile.
