Admissions Checklist

From your dashboard go to "settings" and click "admission checklist".

From here, you can see the order in which the admission forms appear.  You can change the order by drag and dropping the form to any order you wish.  You can also delete forms entirely, or turn them on and off.  You can also add a custom from by clicking "add form". 

If you want to add a custom form to the admission check list you will first need to create it in "forms manager" from the settings tab. Our article Building Forms in Forms Manager 2.0 will guide you through how to do this.

From the Admission check list screen you can "add form" and select forms or deselect them.
