      Adding a new Diagnosis to the Library

      This Article will walk you through how to add a new Diagnosis through Master Drop Downs in Settings.

       

      From your Dashboard, select "Master Drop-Downs" under the Settings Menu.



      1. Select the "Type" drop down box and select "ICD-10/DMS-5 Code". 
      2. Select the "Problem Group" drop down box. You can choose between 'Addiction 5e', 'Adolescent Psychotherapy 5e' or 'Adult Psychotherapy'. Which option you choose will dictate the data that will populate in a Treatment Plan.
      3. Select the relevant problems associated with the Diagnosis in the "Problems" drop down box.**
      4. Enter the Diagnosis code.
      5. Enter the Diagnosis description. 
      6. Click Save when you've finished and you're all set!




      **Please note that you need to choose from the available Wiley problems in order to populate a Wiley Treatment Plan template when creating a Treatment Plan. All problems, except for the ones you have custom added, will be Wiley problems.
